**Edited to add: I made a couple of changes if you're interested: I used fontina, gouda, and swiss cheeses since I couldn't find the ones listed in the recipe (safeway now carries shredded gouda and swiss cheeses). I also added about 1 cup of chopped greek olives. And instead of making bread crumbs I used panko crumbs on the top. Delicious!!!
